Post-Expo 2014, 18th International Conference and Exhibition for Postal and Parcel Technology Equipment Services and Innovation was staged between 23 – 25 September, 2014 in Stockholm Sweden. TZ Limited presented their ourPad residential parcel delivery unit and retail parcel and logistics locker solution.
The TZ Packaged Asset Delivery stand designed by Infinity Design in collaboration with TZ used a matrix of multiple product and client engagement areas to facilitate the accommodation of simultaneous high traffic and product demonstration.
Stand elements including the decorative/sound absorption wall and suspended mobiles were designed for flat-packability, disassembly and re-use within future trade shows in Europe and the US. All stand elements, except the banner crown were produced in Australia and freighted to Stockholm within the locker columns and crates and then freighted to the US.
Importance was placed upon attendee engagement through the use of efficient space utilisation, vibrant visual elements and materials, including the use of ambient light conductive acrylic, enhanced with the use of targeted lighting design. Stand elements were designed from a micro to a macro level including console UI, product presentation, ensuring a highly engaging attendee environment.
The event provided a platform where many critical themes were presented and discussed. These included Postal Services, Parcel, Service Sector, Social Activity, Services, Transportation Telecommunications and Post.
Mark Bouris, Chairman and Executive Director TZ, was one of a number of high profile industry peer guest speakers at the conference, and was part of the Postal Innovation Panel discussion, including many of the world’s leading postal and logistics providers. Mark’s presentation themed ‘Next Generation Parcel Lockers’ highlighted TZ’s technology offering and advancements in last mile logistics. The total number of visitors that attended the Conference was close to 3500.
